Don began his career in New York City in 1973, where he founded his practice serving the needs of affluent individuals and business owners who desired wealth preservation and business succession planning services.
Don is a Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Wealth Planning Unit of Creative Financial Group of New Jersey. He is responsible for developing wealth transfer strategies for the firm’s largest clients.
Don is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International. He served on the Board of Trustees of Monmouth University, his Alma Mater. During his tenure on the board he served as Vice Chairman, Chairman of Student Life, and Planned Giving Advisory Committees. Don is the past President of the Alumni Association and currently serves on the Athletics Advisory Committee affiliated with the University.

Don is a graduate of Monmouth University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
